This committee is tasked to conduct an annual review of the church staﬃng needs and review the employment call agreement of the Church Minister. The group includes the Church Moderator, one Member of the Property & Finance Committee and one Member of the Church Council or any other person appointed by the Church Council.
Additional representatives may be appointed.
In addition to conducting an annual review of Church staﬃng needs and providing counsel to the Minister on related matters, the group also encourages the minister to participate in continuing education programs and take sabbatical leave. One year commitment.
When and where we meet:
Meet on an as-needed basis a minimum of four times a year.
