SEEKING SPIRITUAL GROWTH

FCC's Spirit Journeys’ Ministry  works to promote and enhance the inward and outward spiritual growth of all members of our congregation both personally and communally.

This ministry, through thoughtful discernment, prayer, and deep listening, co-creates with other FCC ministries, paths and journeys to spiritual wholeness. 

Our team creates small group interactions and offerings which emphasize our church's goals of being 

an open and affirming, earth justice congregation.  We offer classes covering topics like scriptural literacy, interfaith 

perspectives, the intersectionality of politics and religion, and issues of racial justice. 

In addition, an annual women’s renewal, weekly meditation,  monthly Taize services and an ongoing guided Shinrin-yoku meditative walks are also part of our team's work.
